Familie Floez is an international pool of theater professionals, including actors, musicians, dancers, directors, make-up artists-, light-, set and costume designers and dramatic advisors from ten countries. They first drew international acclaim with their mostly silent comedic and poetic plays involving masks. These works have since earned them many awards.
The Familie Floez got an overall design refresh, including a new communications concept and update for the website as well as for various print media.
The graphic concept created for Familie Flöz plays with an interpretation of feelings and reality. With the circle, which is used as a central element, different themes and photographs are placed in focus. Playing with the circular form in combination with the photographic style developed for the Familie Flöz opens a second dimension. The result is a feeling of movement, dreams and surreal intermediate worlds. This approach picks up the idea of «coincidence», giving the motives the chance for new formations and yielding a vivid image concept which can’t be reproduced.
